Terms and Conditions of Sale
Last updated: 2 August 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply when you buy products from the Muzdan website at www.shopmuzdan.com (the “Website”). Please read them before ordering. They explain who sells to you, how a contract is formed, payment and delivery arrangements, and your cancellation, return and legal rights.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If the consumer law of your country gives you stronger mandatory protection, that protection continues to apply.
2. Who we are and who sells to you
All Website orders are sold by Muzdan Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13304038, with registered office at Benwell Road, N77BJ London, United Kingdom (“Muzdan”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Our contact email is cs@muzdan.co .
For orders delivered in Lebanon, Muzdan SARL, of [INSERT LEBANON REGISTERED ADDRESS AND REGISTRATION DETAILS], provides local warehousing, fulfilment, delivery and returns support on behalf of Muzdan Limited. Muzdan Limited remains the seller and payment recipient for Website orders.
Purchases made directly in the Tripoli store are sold by Muzdan SARL and are governed by the store receipt terms and the Lebanon in-store section of our Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy.
3. Eligibility and customer responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must provide complete and accurate contact, billing and delivery information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care.
4. Products and product information
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and texture may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, natural materials and production batches. Measurements are approximate and should be read with the product size guide. Hand-finished, patterned and natural-material products may have minor variations that are part of their character and are not faults.
Product packaging may differ from images. Care instructions supplied with the product form part of the product information. You should follow them. Nothing in this section permits a product to be materially different from its description or below the standard required by law.
5. Placing an order and contract formation
The checkout pages allow you to review and correct your order before submitting it. By placing an order, you make an offer to buy the selected products. Our acknowledgement email confirms receipt only; it does not mean we have accepted your order. A binding contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless the law in your country requires an earlier point of formation.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch for reasons including stock unavailability, an obvious pricing or description error, failed payment, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or purchase limits. If we have taken payment, we will refund it using the original payment method.
6. Availability and purchase limits
Products are subject to availability. Adding an item to a basket does not reserve it. We may impose reasonable purchase limits to protect availability and prevent unauthorised resale.
7. Prices, currencies, taxes and duties
The price shown at checkout is the product price in the selected currency plus any delivery charge and taxes that we collect. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect accepted orders.
For international deliveries, import duty, customs charges and local taxes may be included at checkout or payable by the recipient on import, as stated at checkout for the destination. Where checkout says they are not included, you are responsible for them and the carrier or authority may require payment before delivery. We do not control those charges. If you refuse delivery because of unpaid import charges, we may deduct unrecoverable charges from any refund where the law permits.
If a displayed price is an obvious error that you reasonably should have recognised, we may cancel before or after acceptance to the extent permitted by law, notify you and refund amounts paid.
8. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments. We do not receive complete card details. You authorise us and our payment provider to take the total shown at checkout and to conduct proportionate fraud and security checks. Payment authorisation may be taken when you order and captured before or at dispatch, depending on the method used.
9. Promotions, discount codes and gift cards
Promotions, discount codes and gift cards are subject to these Terms and any additional terms displayed with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, have no cash value and may be withdrawn before an order is accepted. We may refuse a code used contrary to its terms or obtained through fraud or misuse. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
10. Delivery
Delivery destinations, charges and estimates are shown on the Website or at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Please see our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or a person you nominate, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Ownership passes when we receive full payment and the goods are delivered.
You must provide a secure, accessible delivery location. If delivery fails because the address is incorrect, access is unavailable or the parcel is not collected, we may charge reasonable redelivery or return costs where permitted by law.
11. Cancellation, returns, exchanges and refunds
Your rights depend on where and how you bought the product. The Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms and explains the applicable windows, conditions, exclusions, costs and refund timing. It does not reduce statutory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
12. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products
Products must meet the standards required by applicable law. In the UK, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. UK consumers normally have a 30-day short-term right to reject qualifying faulty goods, followed by rights including repair or replacement and, where applicable, price reduction or final rejection. Other markets provide their own mandatory remedies.
Contact us promptly at returns@muzdan.co with your order number and, where reasonably useful, photographs. We will not require photographs where they are impractical or where doing so would unfairly prevent a valid claim. We will cover reasonable return or collection costs for an eligible faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed product.
13. Care, alteration and misuse
We are not responsible for damage caused by ordinary wear and tear, accident, misuse, failure to follow care instructions, improper storage, third-party cleaning, or alteration, except where the underlying product did not meet legal standards when supplied.
14. Our responsibility
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of mandatory consumer rights.
We supply products for personal and domestic use. If you use them for commercial, business or resale purposes, we are not liable for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity, except where the law does not allow that exclusion. For consumers, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care, subject to mandatory law.
15. Events outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and contact you where the impact is material. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain available.
16. Intellectual property and resale
The Muzdan name, emblem, wordmark, patterns, designs, photography, text and other content are protected by intellectual property laws. Buying a product does not transfer rights in those assets. Products are offered for personal use and not for unauthorised commercial resale.
17. Complaints
Please contact cs@muzdan.co and include your order number and a clear description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and provide a substantive response within 14 working days. This does not affect any right to contact a regulator, consumer protection authority or court.
18. Governing law and courts
These Terms and Website contracts are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protection under the law of your habitual residence. Consumers in England and Wales may bring proceedings there; consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts. Consumers elsewhere may have rights to bring proceedings in their home courts under mandatory law.
19. General
We may transfer our rights and obligations under a contract to another organisation, but this will not reduce your rights. You may transfer yours only with our written agreement, except where the law says otherwise. If a term is invalid, the remaining terms continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. Only you and we may enforce the Website contract, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
20. Changes
The Terms that apply are those available when you place your order. We may update these Terms for future orders to reflect legal, operational or service changes. The “last updated” date shows when they were revised.
Website Terms of Use
Last updated: 2 August 2026
1. Using the Website
These terms govern access to www.shopmuzdan.com and www.muzdan.co. By using the Website, you agree to them. If you buy products, the Terms and Conditions of Sale also apply.
2. Website availability
We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the Website for maintenance, security, legal or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, but this does not affect contracts already formed or mandatory rights.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content at scale, interfere with security or availability, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or infringing material, or use the Website for fraud or unauthorised resale.
4. Accounts and content you submit
You must keep login information confidential and tell us promptly about suspected misuse. Reviews, images or other content you submit must be honest, lawful and owned or licensed by you. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display that content for operating and promoting Muzdan, subject to our Privacy Policy. We may remove content that breaches these terms.
5. Intellectual property
All rights in the Website and its content, including the Muzdan name, emblem, wordmark, patterns, product designs, photography, text and layout, belong to Muzdan or its licensors. You may view and make limited personal copies for non-commercial use. No other use is permitted without written consent.
6. Links and third parties
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement. Third-party services may have their own terms.
7. Information and liability
General Website content is provided for information and is not professional advice. We take reasonable care but do not guarantee that all non-contractual content is complete or current. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here limits consumer rights relating to products bought from us.
8. Governing law
These Website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their place of residence. The court provisions in the Terms and Conditions of Sale apply correspondingly.
