The name Muzdan comes from the Arabic word meaning adorned or beautified. For us, adornment is found in restraint: the quality of a fabric, the fall of a sleeve, an unexpected pleat, the shape of a collar, or the balance of a silhouette.
Into the Fabric
Fabric is where every Muzdan piece begins. From breathable linens and natural cottons to fluid lyocell, silk and carefully selected blends, our materials are chosen for how they feel, fall, move and age — not simply for how they look.
Texture, weight, drape and durability are considered from the beginning. We believe quality should be experienced in the movement of a dress, the structure of a coat, the softness of a shirt and the way a piece continues to feel beautiful with time.
